All sales made from our website are NON-REFUNDABLE.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
All of our products are made to order. Therefore, please keep the below time frames in mind when ordering. Also, note that some packages may ship separately but a tracking number will still be provided to the email address on file. Please double check that your billing, shipping, and cart information is correct. We are unable to make any changes once an order is submitted. If you need to cancel an order, email us within 24 hours.
Returns
ONLY damaged items are eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged upon receipt. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of damage. Purchaser (BUYER) will be responsible for all shipping costs. Returns must be received within 7 day of initial contact.
If the exact item is no longer available, you will receive store credit.

Refunds
No refunds on any physical or digital products.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.
